Adjoining our house on a working farm, Garden Cottage offers compact cosy accommodation. It has its own private drive and garden across which are views ot Hornby Castle and the Three Peaks. We are situated in the Lune Valley, 5 miles from Junction 35 of the M6 motorway in a rural area ideal for both walking and touring. The River Lune is under a mile away. The nearest pub is 2 miles away and shops 3 miles.

The accommodation consists of oak-beamed lounge/kitchen/diner with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and colour TV, conservatory and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Heating is by electricity (included in rent) and backed up by central heating from the farmhouse. Upstairs are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, a cot is available on request. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and bath with shower. There is also a games room with a pool table.
